Our Blacklists feature lets you easily set up Athletes or Sport Disciplines that you would like as blacklisted for certain users. This way, if, for example, the blacklisted Athlete or Sport Discipline ends up on a Test or Mission with the user they are blacklisted for, a warning message would be displayed and you can choose to not include that Athlete or Sport Discipline on the Mission/Test.
With our platform, you can automatically generate an unlimited number of Accreditation Cards for each DCO. These ACs include the basic information about the DCO, their Authority and a QR code for scanning. The DCO has access to all their Accreditation Cards anytime for a quick identification. Also, since every card is only valid until a certain date selected by you, they automatically revoke once that period has passed.
The process for adding DCOs to your Mission or Test is very simple. It all starts from inviting the wanted DCOs via an SMS and/or email. These DCOs then receive a notification with a quick summary about the invitation, as well as a link to the entity in MODOC. Each DCO can choose to either accept or decline the invitation, also including their statemnt if needed. In the back office, you can then view their reaction and choose to assign them, or not. Every DCO can be repeatedly invited and the history of invitations can be easily viewed. Furthermore, you can also add comments to each invited or assigned DCO. The invitation process can be skipped altogether and DCOs can be assigned even if they were not previously invited, or did not accept the invitation.
We know it can be hard to keep track of the everyday agenda of all of your DCOs. That is why we created the Agenda module. We let you choose what is the default availability of your DCOs. Then, each DCO can specify their availability for the corresponding day. This way, you, as the administrator, can easily view the whole agenda for all of your DCOs and see what is their status for any given moment. If they are available but already have something for the day, you can see that. If they are planning to go on vacation, you can see that as well. Besides having an overall view of the whole agenda of all of the DCOs, if you assign a DCO to a Mission or a Test with a date range specified, you will be informed whether they would be available or not.
If for any reason, your DCOs can choose to request a Test Return. If they do so, they are able to select from a list of reasons you can specify in the MODOC Backoffice, as well as include some additional details if wanted. Then, your administrators can further work with the Test Return and choose a resolution.
